INCUBATOR

AUTUMN 2026 HOSTED IN SHOREDITCH, LONDON

Early-stage venture support built on incubator experience since 2016

Green Lab brings its incubator experience to Shoreditch (LONDON) in Autumn 2026 through a structured 6-week programme for early-stage founders and regenerative ventures. Built on Green Lab’s work since 2016, the incubator helps you turn an early idea into a tested venture proposition — with customer evidence, a clearer MVP, a stronger business model and the story you need for launch, investment or further acceleration.

PROGRAMME

WHAT WE EXPECT YOU TO DO.

Start with the problem

Define the customer, context and market need behind your idea. Through customer interviews, market mapping and early concept testing, you’ll check whether the opportunity is real, timely and worth building around.

Turn insight into a proposition

Turn your idea into a prototype, MVP or testable service offer. You’ll test core assumptions around use, value, pricing, delivery and business model so you know what needs to change before launch. We call this pressure-testing.

Build the story & route to market

Develop your startup’s brand, business model, pitch and investor-ready story, with a clearer plan for launch, growth, funding or further acceleration.

ELIGIBILITY

1. UK-based and able to take part in person.

6. Able to commit to the full 6-week programme, including workshops, mentoring, peer sessions and key milestones (up to 2 days per week).
7. Available for regular in-person sessions in Shoreditch (London), including workshops, reviews and Demo Day.
